Maxoderm Cream Review
Summary
I'm skeptical as anyone, especially when something claims to enlarge the penis. But what I learned doing research for this Maxoderm review really opened my eyes to the possibilities. The ingredients in this product do appear to have a real, lasting effect on penis size. I'm not talking inches- I'm talking all-around girth, hardness, and overall size, due to increased "swollability" (yes I made that up!). Not only does it seem to work, but it produces results using only all natural ingredients. Now it seems too good to be true but honestly, please read my extensive review of the ingredients and you'll understand my enthusiasm.

Maxoderm Product Description
I’m going to get right to the point: this is a penis enlargement cream that’s applied topically. The man rubs it in and waits just a few minutes for things to happen down there…and bam, he’s rocking bigger, better erections and better orgasms.
It sill sounds too good to be true so of course I’ll be delving into the “how” and the “why” of whether Maxoderm actually does what it claims to do. Here’s a little taste…
Why it Works
The principle ingredients work together to produce a vasodilator effect on the blood vessels of the penis, resulting in bigger, better erections and heightened sexual pleasure. If you have low sex drive, you’ll want to look into this.
The penis is nothing short of a bunch of blood vessels ..fill the up for hardness, and close of the “exits” for outgoing blood so the erection lasts longer (you’ve heard of a penis ring..?)
Maxoderm cream uses herbal ingredients to stimulate relaxation of the blood vessels in the penis. When they’re relaxed, they can fill up with blood…and then let the party begin, so to speak.
I highly recommend combining Maxoderm cream with a male enhancement product such as Extenze. Check out the Extenze review.
The Ingredients in Maxoderm Cream
I’m a fiend for ingredients. What I mean by that is I’m absolutely ruthless when it comes to scoping out what’s contained in any product that’s going to come near me (or my significant other).
Therefore, what you’re about to read is a complete, exhaustive list of every single ingredient in Maxoderm. I made my list directly from the ingredients label, so nothing is left out. I’m interested in seeking out the good, the bad, and the ugly, if they exist, so I will leave no stone unturned.
If ingredients don’t matter to you, then you can skip ahead to the next section where I discuss the Pros & Cons of Maxoderm cream. If you’re like me and you care about what goes on your skin, here you go:
Helianthus annus (sunflower) Seed Oil. This acts as an emollient, which is just a fancy word for “moisturizer”.
Glycine Soja (soy) bean oil. Another oil, providing smooth texture for maximum spreadability.
Stearic Acid. This sounds scary (acid??) but it’s not your usual acid. It’s actually a fatty acid found naturally and used in almost every cosmetic product on the market. Works as an emulsifier, meaning it keeps all the other liquid ingredients nicely mixed rather than clumped together.
Sodium Bicarbonate. This neutralizes any acidic compounds found in other ingredients (like the next one) for a healthier, alkaline environment.
Citric Acid. A natural, acidic ingredient used as a preservative.
Methyl Salicylate. This sounds better when we use its common name: oil of wintergreen. A nice fragrance.
Cetearyl Alcohol. A natural ingredient that’s used an an emollient (remember what that means from above…a moisturizer).
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice. Aloe will make skin nice and supple for maximum pleasure.
Camellia Sinensis leaf extract. AKA green tea leaf extract, this ingredient delivers antioxidants.
L-Arginine. Finally we come to the main key functioning ingredient. This is a powerful amino acid used for everything from recovery to heart surgery to improving kidney function in transplant patients. L-Arginine helps to form nitric oxide, which is what’s needed to relax the blood vessels and encourage lots of nice blood flow to you know where. This is real science- read about it on WebMd.
Panax Ginseng Extract. Another key ingredient, only this time it’s for premature ejaculation. You see, Maxoderm helps you keep your erection so long, and heightens pleasure so much, that you’re going to need something to keep you from ending the party too soon! Again, this is real science- look it up on WebMD.
Muira Puama Extract. You probably haven’t heard of this one, but you should know about it…especially if you’re a man. Used topically, it’s an aphrodisiac…again, backed up by my trusty friend, WebMD.
Lamium Album (white nettle) Extract. Used to soothe the skin.
Serenoa Serrulata fruit Extract. Otherwise known as saw palmetto, this is an aphrodisiac.
Lepidium Meyenii Root Extract. Some call this “maca root” extract but whatever the name, it’s known to be an aphrodisiac.
Erthroxylum Catauba Extract. Here we have a libido-enhancer.
Rosmarinus Officinallis Leaf Extract. You’ll know this ingredient by its more familiar name of “rosemary” leaf extract. It improves blood flow, which is part of the goal with Maxoderm.
Citrus Grandis Seed Extract. Again, there’s a more common name for this: grapefruit seed extract! Anti-oxidant rich and works as a natural antiseptic and a natural preservative.
Lecithin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. These are common pharmaceutical ingredients added to stabilize, give texture, emulsify, and otherwise provide a vehicle for the effective, active ingredients.
Tocopheryl Acetate. Otherwise known as Vitamin E, why not provide a little skin-conditioning vitamins? Vitamin E is known as the “skin vitamin”, good for the skin in every way.
Ascorbyl Palmitate. AKA “Vitamin C”, provides antioxidants and is really good at penetrating the skin. A very good anti-aging ingredient.
Zinc Oxide. Provided for its bulking properties, for consistency of the cream.
Methyl Nicotinate. This is an active ingredient, but placed far down on the list since there’s so little of it. That’s how powerful Methyl Nicotinate is. But what does it do? It’s actually an enzyme that initiates a chemical reaction in the body…naturally of course. And since the chemical reaction we’re after in the case of Maxoderm is …well to put it bluntly: largeness, this is an important ingredient because it causes temporary, safe swelling. In scientific and cosmetic applications, Methyl Nicotinate is called a “counter irritant”. It’s not known to cause any negative side effects.
Xanthum Gum. Here we have an inactive ingredient (it’s sold as a food product to thicken soups). Xanthum Gum is very prevalent in cosmetics, and Maxoderm is considered a cosmetic in some regards because it’s applied directly to the skin. Xanthum Gum simply makes the consistency of Maxoderm cream nice and smooth. Its ability to hold water makes any product containing it have a great shelf life. It’s even thought to be a great conditioner for the skin.
Frangrance. Because it’s always nice to smell good!
Together, the active ingredients of Maxoderm form the brand’s proprietary herbal blend called VasoTran Auctum. This also happens to be the alternative name for this product. It’s trademarked and has been since 2005, by Barmensen Labs, LLC.
A Bit About Barmensen Labs & Dr. Michael A. Savino MD, FACS
Barmensen Labs LLC was founded in 2002 and develops all sorts of lifetsyle nutraceutical products. Based on Staten Island, NY, they have a leading urologist, Michael A. Savino M.D. F.A.C.S on their board. He’s a very respected urologist who’s a member of several professional societies and has won New York Magazine’s Best Doctors as well as Cancer Awareness Award from the American Cancer Society.
I trust these institutions, and feel good that this doctor is behind Maxoderm…for safety and effectiveness reasons. A guy like this wouldn’t put his name behind something unsafe or ineffective. Call me a sucker, but he has a lot more going for him than just being Maxoderm’s face of legitimacy…he doesn’t need Maxoderm but he stands behind it, lending his good name, nevertheless!
